Being able to make the bubble tea at home for our family allows us the flexibility to chose our flavours and the sugar levels. It's great. I sent to a pack to a friend and now she's addicted and also ordered more.
My one complaint is on two occasions the pearls sent were but powdery and so stuck together when cooked. Another packed had perfectly separate pearls without the powder residue. We don't like clumpy pearls.
