Had issues with my order where I wanted boba swapped for popping pearls, followed the instructions but the swap was not honoured. It was frustrating given that I had asked for instructions before placing my order. However, I was contacted by Tim when I raised the issue and he solved the issue promptly and was very friendly. Great products and concept - just need to iron out teething issues with the order placement process. Maybe create more options when ordering, rather than having to use the notes section. Also, probably a good idea to contact the customer if their selected items are not available before finalising and shipping the order. :) Overall I'm happy with the end result even though it was frustrating to start out. I will order again as I understand new businesses have these small issues when starting out.
