Love the varieties, but prices can be a bit pricey if not buying in large amount. I think the Thai milk tea can be a bit better (still not as tasty as ones from the shop), but my partner really likes the fruit teas. And I'm confused about the creamer - in my first order I got the dairy-free creamer, but in my next order for some reasons the creamer has milk now. There's no notice on the website about the change, is all the creamer has milk now? A notice would be good, considering many people are lactose intolerant. Also, more sustainable packaging will be great too. Hopefully all your soft plastic containers are recyclable with Red Cycle in Australia.
