No correspondence in regards to issue with ordering system until I emailed to ask why my order had not been dispatched within a week of placing order. Finally received a ‘sorry’ but no offer of discount on next order or anything to make me want to become a return customer. Also confused as to why the tapioca pearls say they have a shelf life of 6 months but the best before date is June 2021- leaving me just 2 months to use them before they expire.
