I can’t fault the bubble tea itself however rather disappointed in the time it took to receive my order and for it to be processed. Took about 15 days to receive my order when it said it would only take 5-10. Using “covid” as an excuse is not ok either as I have previously received packages in peak lockdown a lot faster than this.
