Customer service was brilliant, including rearranging my booking over lockdown. Mike was a fantastic butler; he arrived on time, set up a huge cocktail lesson alone, got our big hen do group fully on board and was great fun all night. Whether someone was boisterous & raunchy, or shy and tame, he made hem feel at ease. Everyone had a great time and loved making 3 cocktails, playing some games led by Mike, and being made a WooWoo by Mike to finish. My sister, the bride, absolutely loved the surprise (and my mum's face was an absolute picture, she loved it too)
