I have ordered some wood online with delivery 3 - 10 working days. In the meantime I have called these guys twice to check, if everything is fine and if they are able to tell me the delivery date. I was basically told to shut up and wait for my turn, as they have 10 days. So I waited, only to receive an email on the 8th day in the evening, that the wood they have is damaged and they don't know, when they will have new stock. I understand and appreciate, that something can be damaged, but I should have been informed much earlier, so I can avoid delays in my business.
