I placed my order and it arrived in 14 days (they said 10-14 days), the wood was well packed however, I never got any dispatch/tracking details/reply to my email and one piece of plywood was very badly cupped (it was sent as a single sheet, so maybe that is why). It is a very cheap service, so you get what you pay for.
