I have given 5 stars even though the delivery I received was one item missing. The reason for this is because the mistake was on behalf of the delivery people. They 'Lost' a full size sheet of MDF. I was very impressed with the way Builders Marketplace reacted to the missing item. They replaced it with incredible efficiency, respect and couldn't do more to correct the error. After Sales in this county can be rather poor at times, but not with Builders Marketplace.
