Got it right in the end.
This was the only place I could find for the wood that I needed, but expensive for delivery (small value order). Initially I was told that the courier had lost the wood, and I would be sent a replacement, but before the 2nd delivery could be arranged the first one arrived ???
The wood ordered was cut as needed and the communication was good on the phone.
