Unfortunately due to a breakdown the delivery was delayed by 2 days. The customer service team were very helpful and pleasant. My item was , fortunately, delivered on the Saturday but the team had offered a replacement had it not arrived by the Monday. The delay was not the fault of builders marketplace.
