Twice I have ordered oak architrave sets online, they have said they are in stock taken the money and said they are out for delivery. A few days later in both cases I have been told they do not have the stock, the second time I spoke to customer services and they were checking stock levels and getting back to me in 5 minutes, two days later I just had a text message saying a refund was being made in full. Whilst I appreciate stock is moving fast at the moment and replenishment is either slow or uncertain I can not understand how the orders have been processed to being delivered in both cases.
