delivery took more than the 2-5 days promised. apparently, the carrier tried to collect but the depot was shut. No one had the foresight to contact the carrier to find out why they hadn't collected. It took three phone calls to find out where the goods were. They were eventually delivered by a different carrier who just left the goods outside the front door and didn't even ring the bell to say here are your goods. The only good thing was the price of the goods and delivery charge.
