Good quality, unblemished birch plywood delivered within the stated 2-5 working days. Not cheap but very difficult to source from anywhere with the situation with Russia (most birch ply comes from there). Very helpful staff on the telephone when I had a query - the lady promised to phone me back with an update and promptly did so. So Builders Marketplace a 5, but not so the delivery company Tuffnells - despite the good protection BM provided for the sheets someone in the delivery company left the 3 packages out in the rain and let them get soaked. Was worried about the damage but gentle drying out of the ply meant it was fine. So, good product, helpful company, poor choice of delivery company.
