Found Builders Marketplace to be very competitive on pricing and timber quality I received was good. Only issue was trying to get hold of someone to discuss delivery as was told it would be delayed. Took numerous calls and waiting on hold.
If they could improve their customer service post-sale by recruiting more staff I would rate them 4-5 stars.
