After ordering a 4x4 decorative panel I was given a delivery timescale of 2-5 days, which I accepted and paid for.
After waiting 8 days with no correspondence I called to enquire where my order was?
The person I spoke to was pleasant but did not offer any form of compensation until I insisted on it.
The delivery charge was waived as I would have expected because the item was not sent as promised.
My reason for a low rating was because it seemed that I was forgotten about, and the company were reluctant to try and make amends.
