Multiple emails received, confirming payment and dispatch.
Expected in 2-3 days - marvelous.
4 days - nothing so emailed Builders Marketplace for an update. No response. Still not heard from them directly which is odd as they are now wanting a review. PayPal dispute opened and product arrived with no further delay.
