I ordered 30 lengths of ogee panel moulding, but received an email to say that style was out of stock and unlikely to be in stock in the foreseeable future. An alternative style was offered and this appeared suitable, so I agreed to the substitution, which was delivered within a couple of days. The offer of the alternative was very helpful ( rather than simply getting an ‘out of stock’ message) and I was pleased with the style and quality of the alternative. Excellent service. Than you.
