Order taken and confirmed - the cancelled and advised will be refunded a couple of days later with no explanation. Call centre is "Sorry - but we have no information". And advise emailing customer support - so what's the point of the phone number??
Feels very dodgy... Will be checking for a refund and will not use BSO ever again.
