crooks indeed, they take your money and then days later tell you they cant fulfil order despite advertising Nationwide delivery they cannot order to Axminster , Devon !!!, THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, don't order from them. now waiting to get my money back

In administration - they could not obtain supplies from their suppliers and did not complete fulfilments. They took the money directly when placing orders online despite knowing they could not supply. Their directors are crooks! Buyers beware. If you're expecting refunds, you'll need to contact your banks and ask for section 75 (credit cards) or chargeback for Debit Cards. No goods will now be supplied as they have ceased trading.

This goes beyond bad service. Zero comms...I have reported to my bank to reverse a large transaction. I will send a fraud report to the police. I shall be notifying Google to de-list this company in order to prevent further situations like the ones listed below and my own. In my view, this is a criminal practice, wilfully taking money without any attempt to fulfil the goods to people have paid for them and blocking any form of communication. The Directors should be ashamed, moreover, prosecuted ,if it is what on here says it appears to be.

Absolutely terrible service as still waiting for delivery 7 weeks on and they won’t return my emails or calls or give me a refund having repeatedly asked for a delivery date. They work with J B Kind doors which have also ignored my emails and request for refunds. They even delivered the wrong sizes then when rang yo inform them I was told they knew when they sent them but had not made any effort to inform me or change the order. Having given my phone number they refuse to call me to sort it out. I have had tradesmen in 3 separate days only to have to pay them without doors to hang. Disgusting practice with nobody wiling to take ownership and to rectify these issues. Stay well clear. I am making a formal complaint to trading standards and the ombudsman as I still haven’t had my refund having sent several emails with not so much as a reply.. Cowboy business at its worst.

Useless company! They never say the goods are out of stock, they take your money and all of a sudden .......... silence. Nobody bothers to answer the telephones or your emails - just come off the phone with Barclaycard to recover my money! If you want peace of mind do not bother dealing with these cowboys. Utterly disgusting trading practices.

Placed an order for 2 Velux windows - item in stock and promised delivery in 3-5 working days. Delivery date came and went and all calls and emails that we have made to BSO. Please read the reviews on other reviews sites as there are a lot of other customers in the same situation unfortunately, and they too have never received the goods or got a refund. This company advertises that items are in stock when they are not and take your money without delivering the goods. I have now sent an email to cancel my order as we have had to get the windows elsewhere, yes we paid a bit more but honestly this company isn’t worth the stress! It’s been mentioned online that the company has dissolved so I won’t hold my breath getting a refund so I will be ringing my credit card company up and reporting these cowboys to Trading Standards.

Avoid!! Nothing but aggravation. First they sent the wrong items. Now waiting in excess of 3 weeks for a refund and I am not getting any response when I try to contact BSO! They are now sitting on £300 of my money.

AVOID AT ANY COST!!! Absolute shambles of a company. I should have received my order a week ago called twice and both advisors said they know nothing about it and I have to wait. Anything you ask the standard reply is 'please email us and we will get back to you'. Ask about the weather and they will say the same thing. Next stop credit card company to get my money back. Craig and Ian Baldwin your company is a JOKE!!!!!

Avoid!! Absolute waste of time. AVOID Ordered it and told 5-10 working days. Not received. Questioned and frequently delayed! Told doors had to be bought from another company and another supplier. Then told there was an issue with logistics. Then told they weren't in the country. Excuse after excuse. No phone calls ever returned. After nearly 6/7 weeks still did not receive them. Cancelled the order in the end. Ridiculous time trying to get through on phone and nonsense times of operations.

Order taken and confirmed - the cancelled and advised will be refunded a couple of days later with no explanation. Call centre is "Sorry - but we have no information". And advise emailing customer support - so what's the point of the phone number?? Feels very dodgy... Will be checking for a refund and will not use BSO ever again.

Don’t waste your time, website advertises doors in stock and with a 5-7 day delivery. Ring to chase to be told their out of stock and to cancel you have to send an email. Their online reviews are absolutely accurate, spend a bit more money and you will get much better service from another more reputable company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I purchased online 11 internal doors from them. Was advised there would be a delay and asked did I want to continue with order. I advised that I wanted to change the size of one of the doors and received email confirmation of the amended order. As they confirmed they were happy to change the size of one of the doors, I confirmed I was happy to proceed and pay for all 11 doors. Months later at the point of delivery, they sent the wrong size door and after several emails and telephone calls to them, they are simply not interested, taking no responsibility and as a result had to purchase a door elsewhere and still sitting with a door from them unopened that I've been trying to sell.. Terrible company, awful experience, would never recommend them.

Customers beware: Useless company and untrustworthy. Eventually no reply to messages . Items ordered October 1st and no delivery by December 23rd . So contacted lawyer and letter sent that seemed to get a reply. Money now refunded. So be warned do not do business with this company. Wouldn’t give one star if possible.

I ordered a bathroom radiator from this company over a month ago. After two weeks (14/10/21) I received an email saying that that item had despatched. They did not specify a delivery date or time. I have since been chasing the company via email and phone for an update. Every time I call customer service I get the same response, ‘we cannot trace your order we have to refer a priority tickets to another department that we cannot speak to directly, who will respond to you within 48 hours’. After 48 hours, I hear nothing in response. This has happened three times now. Every time I email, I get no response. I just want to cancel this item now and still cannot get through to anyone who can refund me. It’s disgraceful customer service. Please avoid this company at all costs. Don’t put yourself through the pain.

Customer Service is diabolical!! They don't seem to believe in responding to emails or phone calls from their customer. At one point when I phoned I asked for the name of the Managing Director to which the response was "I don't know"!! How can you not know who you are working for?? The only way I got them to respond was by opening a case through resolver.co.uk (who are associated with Moneysavingexpert.com). As soon as I opened the case and the complaint was sent to BSO they responded within 20 minutes and arranged collection of the item I did not want. They also refunded the cost of the item but DID NOT refund the delivery charge - which according to Which Consumer Rights they should also do. I took a screenshot of the relevant part on the Which page and sent that through to them and by the next day they had refunded that as well. All in all they are a rubbish company with no customer skills whatsoever and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone..
