I ordered was emailed a delivery date didn’t arrive called them they said they would raise a ticket and would call me back the day after. Never called me I have rang three times since been told something different each time . Tried calling yesterday the phone lines are not taking calls and to go to the website to request a call back which I did . Received a message saying they would call me today at 11.15am . Never called rand and emailed numerous times still no response. How do I get a refund? they have had over 500 pounds of my money.

Worse company ever wish i had stayed with original company Builder Depot, BSO claim they had our internal doors them in stock even sent us an email we have been without internal doors 3 months. contacted the manufacturer "deanta doors " and they said they were delivering doors to BSO beginning of December, also got a text saying our doors will be delivered 20th december now BSO said they will not. they ahve taken nearly £700 of our money and have left us waiting.
