Sent wrong door and trying to get me to pay for return. I have attached pictures to show cotworlds online has 5 panels in the middle they sent me a door with 3 panels?
Been over a month and still left with a door that I don't want and back and fourth with emails that is not resolving this issue.
I am in the trade and renivate house for over 10 years. I honestly feel the customer service is poor. Which is a shame as would of used BSO again if this would of been sorted
