i found it annoying that i could not order what i needed online through your website, i had to call up and get a quotation on the price of materials i needed. your website is limited to the fact customers can only order what you have in stock, for example i required 478 square grey slabs, your website stated that you only had 47 in stock... and said error, can not complete order! i then thought about it and called yourselves directly to get the answers that i needed. it would have saved a lot of time if the limitations as advised of here were modified and or changed to the extent customers can order what they want and need...
