ordering online were almost hassle free as i could not order online due to there being not enough stock in, so i had to order by telephone. but when i called to put an item on hold it were done, but when i called back a few days later to have item shipped to site and taken off hold, i found it were problematic, and were promised call back after call back. Hence just a good 4 out of 5 given... i feel these are the areas most required by your customers, and require a bit of fine chooning.
