I am going to be honest- really helpful staff and good service. However I had 4x2 lengths of timber delivered and I have never seen so many twists in so much timber in my life. I wasn't there when the order was delivered and many were unusable but the carpenters had already started and made best use of what was there. Advice- if it's timber get it yourself
