I have found with my recent ordering of building materials that the most important part is customer service. Yes the product ordered must be of a quality to use, but i think that is expected. Otherwise why order. The customer service element ensures you come back. Even when items were delayed i didn’t have to chase or make contact to find the status of things. I found dealing with built was a much simpler and less stressful than other competitors including Selvobw and parent company TP
