This was my first time using built. Nice and easy to place order on line with very competitive prices. Was expecting slightly quicker service when I arrived. Had to wait about half an hour to go and collect my order but the guys picking my order were an absolute legend, assisted with loading my car dispite being a very awkward load. One item was out of stock dispite ordering online a week earlier. However the guys sorted me a replacement, and refunded the out of stock item. All in all fantastic customer service at the warehouse, if not a little slow to get started.
