Everyone in the team that I have dealt with has been very helpful. Even the driver that brought the delivery, when he found out that I was on my own and I could not move from my drive all the tons of wood that I ordered, he suggested taking all the wood back to the warehouse and redelivering it when my husband was back from camping with the children. This I call excellent customer care. Thanks a lot.
