Had a voicemail left at the time of my collection slot asking me to call the branch as there was a problem with my order, which I did however no-one returned my call.
I decided to go to the branch anyway to see if my order was ready but it hadn’t been picked for collection. One of the products was out of stock. Then items were left off my order so I was waiting for over 15 minutes while staff hunted down items that were showing as in stock but in fact weren’t. Not the best experience this time around.
