Delivery was missing items which I was only informed of 30 minutes prior to the other items arriving. Waited two working days (plus the weekend) before calling Built and nobody would answer the phone (called at 9.00am).
Someone rang me back a couple of hours later to say that they had had a missed call from me and then told me someone would call me back regarding missing items.
STILL WAITING !!!!!!!
