The service I have had since I started using built has been satisfactory but today Saturday was an exception it was brilliant, the chap who served me together with the chaps who loaded up where very courteous and efficiennt, the chap who served me was the first and only persin to tell me if the offers that were on today and how long they were running for, I've specifically had to ask about them before no one tells unless you ask, I find this offputting and deceitful it may even be a deciding issue wether I may cease to purchase from built, But I'm going to see what happens on next few times of offers and discounts are not bought to my attention I will go elsewhere, I detest this kind of attitude.but I'm general am happy with things oh it would help if you answered the phones as many times I've phoned and been cut off after waiting for a long time.
