I ordered some timber off the website for a DIY project. It was in stock and much cheaper than anywhere else. I chose to collect my order from the warehouse in Aston. I turned up at my chosen timeslot and the screen recognised me, but didn't show which bay to park in. I had a look around and parked near to where I saw the timber. After about 2 minutes of waiting, a member of staff came over, figured out my order number and got the items for me to put in my car. I received a free scratch card and won a new saw! The process did save me some time, but could do with being a bit smoother in less busy periods.
