I ordered on line the night before, chose my collection time and arrived the following day at the allotted time, I waited around five minutes to be served and was then asked to take my vehicle to the a loading bay where a very friendly young guy loaded my order for, he also asked if I had taken part in the scratch card promotion they were running, he got me a card and I walked away with a set of SDS drill bit, which was a nice bonus. The online ordering was very easy and straightforward and the collection process quick, I would definitely recommend trying Built!
