I have been a couple of times to built now, with my husband and on my own. I don't always know the name of the product I need. But after explaining to the customer service advisors they are very helpful and spend time ensuring I get the right product. The guy that normally deals with us is always very patient and they are very polite, which is not always the case with such companies. I can't praise them enough.
