I am a first and last time customer of Built! The reason I used Built was for the guaranteed delivery slot. I am sure you can understand my frustration when you delivered my order four and a half hours late! When trying to phone your call centre I was put on hold and then transferred to voice mail. Very poor service and very disappointed customer. Please refund the delivery charge as requested.
