It was a dodgy start with my first order not turning up. But to their credit I was fully informed, compensated and apologised to.
Theres nothing worse than your goods not turning up and nobody has a clue what's going on. I was told in advance my order was going to be late, an apology made and a solution offered. I can work with that.
You never know how good a company is until it all goes wrong, I felt BUILT handled it exceptionally well, and for that reason alone I'll be back.
