Your service was exceptional and your CSR was very knowledge able. My only issue was that I ordered the How to Win Friends & Influence People Book, and when I received it they were smaller than the palm of my hand. While I do no see that the size was on the website, it would be helpful if there was a description around the fact that it is a miniature version/summary of the full book.
