“I was looking for a Malcolm Gladwell text that I want to use with highschool students this year, but it was limited to five copies on Amazon. I was thrilled when I came across Bulk Books who offered the 30 copies I wanted for close to half the price! Coming back soon for another order.”

“The customer service is wonderful and very responsive. First, they helped make sure that we were able to apply our tax-exempt status to the order. Later, our order showed as shipped, but the tracking number never showed it progressing from label created status. I reached out and customer service worked with the publisher to get it all fixed and make sure I got my order within the timeframe needed. They also kept me informed of the status of the order. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall is because the goal of an order is to not have to contact customer service to resolve issues. But, customer service definitely gets 5 stars and they gave me confidence that I can continue to order successfully from them.”
