“I contaced BulkBooks with a very last-minute bulk book order, and Josh and Bobby came through with flying colors! They were prompt and responsive, they processed my order quickly, and the books arrived in time, just as they said they would. A great experience - I would definitely use Bulk Books again!”

Their communication was prompt and clear, and they were very flexible in accommodating our book quantities, coordinating multiple payers, and adjusting to our frequent changes. “Although the books I thought I ordered were not the correct ones represented by the website, they were shipped quickly. I contacted them and pointed out the represented picture was not the same as the title of the book. They acted quickly in rectifying the order to be returned but I decided to keep the companions books instead. I did want the correct books if they could push a rush on the correct ones and they were received 2 days later. So their shipping was fast. Their response time was fast and customer service was easy to work with. When we unpacked our order, we received only 20 copies (should have been 25 copies) of the corrected book. I have not asked them about this yet. I just wanted them on time to donate in time for Easter.”

“I'm a kid lit author who has used BulkBooks.com multiple times over the years to coordinate book orders for school visits and other events. The discounts are close to those offered to authors by their publishers, but unlike direct-from-the-publisher orders, books purchased through BulkBooks.com show up on BookScan--and the ordering process is much easier! It's especially convenient for those of us who have multiple publishers to be able to order the books all from one place. Communication is always clear and good, and the orders are filled swiftly.”

“We had a very short time to get books in for a conference. We had reached out to the author and his team sent us to Bulk Books. They worked with the publisher to get the quantity needed and they arrived before the estimated delivery date. Great company to work with and hope we get the chance again.”
