“Billing department authorized three charges for more than $1200.00 for a $1297.50 order. The authorizations took so long to drop off that I had multiple orders from other vendors cancelled due to lack of payment. This caused endless headaches to our entire program. This is the second order we have placed with Bulkbooks, the first being more than three years ago. That order was also a disaster, as it took more than a month to receive the order. We will never place another order with Bulkbooks”

“The Bulk Book team were incredibly responsive, easy to work with and made sure we got our shippment on time, irrespective of our late order. And then there is their very good pricing. Bobby and Josh in particular exhibited the highest levels of customer services, rare in this day and age. We needed the books for an author event attended by close to 300 people. Have already recommended them to others.”

“We ordered 3 times for an upcoming author event. The first 2 shipments were early enough and we had time before our event. The final shipment was close. I wasn't sure we would be able to get the books before the event. Not only did the books arrive when I was promised, we didn't need to pay an expedited fee. Service was great, follow up was appreciated and the books are here. Thank you BulkBooks for your help and service.”

“I love the amazing discounts, and I have always found your customer service to be timely and professional. One time we had 20 extra books arrive, and Sierra was very helpful! My only real issue with the website is that I have struggled to make payments by card online -- the website crashes/the payment doesn't go through. I usually have to post a check, which is much less convenient for my team! If you could fix this, it would be a perfect buying process. Thanks so much.”
