“I loved that I received an immediate call back with question to billing information and my question was answered.
A few of the books in our order were bent and scuffed (maybe package books wrapped in plastic before sending?).
Also I went back on line just see information about billing and noticed the books are now $3.00 more per book. If we need to order more in the future, I will have to look elsewhere. These are gifts to the families we serve, we allow no more that $10 per family and sometimes there is more than one person in the family who will receive them.”

Regarding the change in price, we learned after submitting your order that the books had gone through a reprint, and the retail price increased from $16.99 to $18.99. We were happy to eat the difference and honor the price you paid, however, had to make the adjustment for future orders. However, if you need more, please reach out to me directly as I'm confident I can still get these to you for under $10.

“The phone numbers appear to be disconnected or non-functional. I left messages with no callback & the recording time was less than 10 seconds & then a disconnect. Service and shipping appear to be acceptable. I was a bit nervous because my credit card was charged immediately, yet there was no invoice nor response from the seller for quite some time.”
