“I was so excited about a preorder and they came through. They added it to their system when I asked about it. My books arrived beautifully packed without a single one damaged or even scuffed. A seamless wonderful experience from first inquiry to final delivery.”

“I'm very disappointed. When recieving the My First Bible Story, we were shipped the wrong bible story, when contacting bulkbooks the rep said he would ship the correct bible story and have them expidited, then almost a week later was told that they could not send us the books that we orginially ordered and we would get a refund. When talking with the director of operations he too told me that he would send us the correct bible stories with no additional charge and we would have then by the following week since they are in stock. I received an email say they didn't have them in stock and now it's going to be until mid-April before I can get the correct bible story books. Never again will our establishment purchase from here again.”

“We are doing a year of book discussions at our company and we needed 35 copies of The Energy Bus. BulkBooks had it in the quanitity we needed, and it arrived earlier than expected!”

“Bulk books was amazing. I needed almost 400 books that no other source could find. They came through and at an amazing price. “Before ordering my book, I asked if it was available to be shipped. I was assured it was, only to be told that it was delayed because of weather. Come to find out, the publisher didn't have any in stock, and my book was delayed and arrived far beyond the expected date. I have reached out to customer service twice asking them to review my case, and was not acknowledged either time.”

“I had previously given a bad review, but have since had a great experience. Bobby James was very helpful and fixed alllllll my problems, I really appreciate his attention to this problem. LESS than 1 star!!! SCAM!!! Horrible customer service. This is a horrible company to do business with. I ordered a study guide and they have refused to sell it to me for the price advertised.”

“The books arrived quickly, and in good shape. However, the original book I ordered was replaced by another eddition of the same book with a different, less attractive cover without my consent (and with students, covers are important). Additionally, I ordered 30 books, I was sent 25, and had to write and email requesting the remaining books.”
