“The customer service is wonderful and very responsive. First, they helped make sure that we were able to apply our tax-exempt status to the order. Later, our order showed as shipped, but the tracking number never showed it progressing from label created status. I reached out and customer service worked with the publisher to get it all fixed and make sure I got my order within the timeframe needed. They also kept me informed of the status of the order. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall is because the goal of an order is to not have to contact customer service to resolve issues. But, customer service definitely gets 5 stars and they gave me confidence that I can continue to order successfully from them.”

“Books and prices were great! The estimated arrival date was June 9th. After ordering the books, the estimated delivery date disappeared, so I reached out via the chat about it, since we were getting the books for a summer workshop. I received an email several days later that the delivery date had been updated. It was now June 11th. I wished I knew how long it was going to take to receive the books, and that the estimate was accurate.”

“Although the books I thought I ordered were not the correct ones represented by the website, they were shipped quickly. I contacted them and pointed out the represented picture was not the same as the title of the book. They acted quickly in rectifying the order to be returned but I decided to keep the companions books instead. I did want the correct books if they could push a rush on the correct ones and they were received 2 days later. So their shipping was fast. Their response time was fast and customer service was easy to work with. When we unpacked our order, we received only 20 copies (should have been 25 copies) of the corrected book. I have not asked them about this yet. I just wanted them on time to donate in time for Easter.”

“Excellent interaction and availability of Liason representative (Bobby James). The price was excellent, my book was on back order and that was disappointing over a moth later. The actual book delivery was odd, I ordered 30 books and the delivery came in 3 large boxes- one with 24 books, one with 4 books, and one with 2 books- but they were all 3 similar very large boxes.”

“One book I ordered was switched with the newest edition, but I had wanted the older edition. I was not informed of this change, so I was surprised when I received the books. The publisher made the change without notifying you, which was unfair. The team did their best to resolve the situation. Aside from that one book, everything else was great!”

“Only one book was received that day when it when the tracking said. The remaining order required an inquiry and followup to get them reshipped. If you don't watch for your orders you may not recieve all of it.”

“I had previously given a bad review, but have since had a great experience. Bobby James was very helpful and fixed alllllll my problems, I really appreciate his attention to this problem. LESS than 1 star!!! SCAM!!! Horrible customer service. This is a horrible company to do business with. I ordered a study guide and they have refused to sell it to me for the price advertised.”
