“Only one book was received that day when it when the tracking said. The remaining order required an inquiry and followup to get them reshipped. If you don't watch for your orders you may not recieve all of it.”

“I had previously given a bad review, but have since had a great experience. Bobby James was very helpful and fixed alllllll my problems, I really appreciate his attention to this problem. LESS than 1 star!!! SCAM!!! Horrible customer service. This is a horrible company to do business with. I ordered a study guide and they have refused to sell it to me for the price advertised.”

Upon reviewing your order, I learned that the standard Study guide and Study guide with the DVD were listed under the same product description. “The books arrived quickly, and in good shape. However, the original book I ordered was replaced by another eddition of the same book with a different, less attractive cover without my consent (and with students, covers are important). Additionally, I ordered 30 books, I was sent 25, and had to write and email requesting the remaining books.”

“I ordered books for a Men's Study at church. I only needed 15 books, but needed to order 25 for the best deal. The extra books may be placed in the church library for access for others after the study.”
