I tried to get these books by a certain date. I messaged with someone on chat before ordering asking how I could make 100% sure the date would work, they said to submit it by a certain date and I would be fine (I was also fine with rush shipping but was told it wasn't an option). I submitted by the date I was given and didn't even have an email by the date saying the order was out for shipment. It was hard to get a reponse from anyone at the company, they didn't answer my phone calls. We got the books 6 days after the date I had asked for.

I'm very disappointed. When recieving the My First Bible Story, we were shipped the wrong bible story, when contacting bulkbooks the rep said he would ship the correct bible story and have them expidited, then almost a week later was told that they could not send us the books that we orginially ordered and we would get a refund. When talking with the director of operations he too told me that he would send us the correct bible stories with no additional charge and we would have then by the following week since they are in stock. I received an email say they didn't have them in stock and now it's going to be until mid-April before I can get the correct bible story books. Never again will our establishment purchase from here again.

Before ordering my book, I asked if it was available to be shipped. I was assured it was, only to be told that it was delayed because of weather. Come to find out, the publisher didn't have any in stock, and my book was delayed and arrived far beyond the expected date. I have reached out to customer service twice asking them to review my case, and was not acknowledged either time.

I received a wrong book. I contacted Bulkbooks, and I was told I will receive a return label and the correct book, with a previous new invoice to pay the price difference. Some days later, I had to contact them again because I didn´t receive anything. Very disappointing

Placed an order. Received an Order Confirmation. Bank was charged $300. Never received Shipping Confirmation. Never receive the order. Sent multiple emails requesting information regarding the order, or a refund. Never received a response.

I ordered a large number of books from this company and never received them. It was very difficult to speak to anyone in customer service, with little to NO follow-up. I also still haven't received my refund for the books that I never received. It was very frustrating because I had a large function that I needed these books for.

Bulkbooks sent me a different product than what was pictured on their website, refused to send me the correct product, and refused to give me a refund. Amazon is cheaper and has better customer service.

My first order (Ruby Holler) was canceled. My next order (Henry Huggins) was also canceled. However, a package of Henry Huggins IN SPANISH arrived!! This was frustrating. Absolutely waste of my time.

I ordered two sets of books in August for my classroom. The first set, a title in English, arrived quickly and with no problems. The second set, however, still has not arrived and it is nearly November. I have reached out several times to Bulk Books, but have still not received my books. They are telling me that my order has been lost, that it can't be corrected, and that a different title will now have to be chosen. When I call and leave messages, I get no reply from the company. Furthermore, I still have not been given a list of possible substitute titles that I could choose from in order to correct the mistake they have made. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I definitely do NOT recommend ordering from them, as they are not reliable.

Delivery was late. I talked to at least 2 different people to find out when it would be delivered. Our order fell through the cracks again and again. The books will not arrive in time for our program launch. Finally, I spoke to one person who did address our order and expedite shipping so that it would only be 2 weeks late in stead of more. I appreciate how that person handled the difficult situation, but I'm leery to order from you again.

The tracking number provided doesn't work. There have been no updates other than to let us know that the books were shipped. We are hoping for the best.

If you are due a refund, you will never receive it. Customer service will make all types of excuses.

1. On your website the book was listed as "Hardback" when in fact it was a board book and of no use to my Picture Book Business. 2. The other half of my order was not in the box and I was not given a second tracking number. I have no idea if it will arrive or not. 3. It took about 10 days from ordering for the order to be shipped. 4, Communication was spotty and harried. 5. How do I return the useless books? This has put my business in a serious time/financial crunch and I am very disappointed.

CS takes too long to return emails. I returned an order (which I have email proof and never got my money refunded even though they said they would). When I emailed them about the refund, they sent out the same shipment I returned!

Your order details have just been brought to my attention and I wanted to personally reach out to offer my apologies for our lack of communication as well as any confusion that Janessa may have caused. It is always our goal to keep our customers up to date with the status of their orders. We then shipped out the books to your APO on April 7 and they look to be in limbo somewhere. The online Price that I purchased the books for was not correct. Should not sure advertise a price & then change it at order. Very poor business

I ordered based on the price shown online for over $8. Then, I was informed that the price was for only Canadian customers and that I had to pay over $10. This was very disappointing that your advertised price online wasn't honored.

Surprised there was even a reply to give feedback-it must be automated. I ordered books over four months ago and the finally arrived yesterday. There was no indication or updates. When I would email or call, the answer was always, “it’s on it’s way”.

I originally ordered several hundred copies of a hardback edition of Ken Doka's book but was informed that only paperbacks were available and only 100 were in stock. I had already paid over $3000 for the first order and was assured that we would be credited the difference. We were never credited and we didn't receive the full order of books. I've corresponded with them and they assured me that a credit would be forthcoming but they've never done so. Buyer beware.
