The phone numbers appear to be disconnected or non-functional. I left messages with no callback & the recording time was less than 10 seconds & then a disconnect. Service and shipping appear to be acceptable. I was a bit nervous because my credit card was charged immediately, yet there was no invoice nor response from the seller for quite some time.

I was quite surprised that the online order asked me if I wanted my order delivered on the 21st or 22nd. I marked the 21st. I just got an email stating that my order would be delivered the 26th. Since the event was scheduled for the 23rd it didn't work for us.

Hi Lori, Thank you for posting your review. Very sorry to hear that the books will not make it in time for your event. The calendar at checkout defaults to 7 business days from the day of your order so that customers cannot select anything prior to that date, as it may require expedited shipping. In your case, unfortunately, the publisher shipped the books to our warehouse first, rather than directly to you. We got them shipped back out, but you should have been contacted before so we could double-check your delivery date. I'm very sorry that this did not happen. If the books can no longer be used, please let me know and we will provide return shipping labels and issue a full refund once received. Bulkbooks.com is usually trouble free but my most recent order was less than satisfactory. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and I have still not received my order. Then it was promised an expedited delivery that did not arrive as expected and they also could not fulfill my entire order leaving me 40 books short. I'm a very sad customer

The books came as expected. I asked multiple times by phone and email for a complete invoice/receipt showing payment made and by what method. It never came. I could only ever get the order confirmation and this is not acceptable with my business department.

The selection, quality, and cost of the books were excellent. The website with respect to shipping and delivery times is misleading, at best. When I called to inquire about my order, I was told something entirely different. Fortunately, the last shipment arrived two days before my event. I finally received an email confirming my order AND another email confirming shipment nearly a month after my event.

I ordered two sets of books at the same time and received an email saying they were being shipped. When I received the order there was only one of the two orders in the box. After an email, I was shipped the second order separately

Haven't received yet (3 weeks after order). Two interactions due to delay--felt like excuses were provided. E-mail and woman I spoke with very nice, but not confident in whether or not I was/am going to get my books.

I had some issues with the check-out process because they were transitioning to a new system. The folks at customer service were helpful in making sure everything got taken care of and sent out in time for my event.

They got my books here, however, I would be happier to have received shipping information regarding my order instead of having to call to find out what the status of the order was. I requested a certain I got the order nearly a week later.
