“The books arrived in good condition. Took longer than I thought it would for them to ship to me. Overall everything was what I ordered.”

“I ordered books for a Men's Study at church. I only needed 15 books, but needed to order 25 for the best deal. The extra books may be placed in the church library for access for others after the study.”

“The customer service is good. Leadership Academy of Nevada is happy to have done business with you. The only thing is that it's a bummer that the book we wanted is not in stock anywhere we tried to order it from. We chose another book for the next coming school year.”

“I like the services provided by BulkBooks. I have ordered over a dozen times in the last 2 years. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I'd like easier access to the login link and the search box should be visible on all pages. Sometimes I have to go back to the home page to find it.”

“BulkBooks were great to deal with overall. I ordered a number of copies of Marcus Aurelius' Meditations to hand out to my office, and the prices were nearly unbeatable. The customer service was great and very responsive, and the only issue was dealing with a shipment delay which arrived a little later than expected.”

“Fairly priced books and responsive customer service. It would be helpful if the store adds Paypal as a means of payment as this service can pay from different stored bank accounts of a buyer; it also may provide a pay-in 4 for merchandise below $ 1500.”

“I loved that I received an immediate call back with question to billing information and my question was answered. A few of the books in our order were bent and scuffed (maybe package books wrapped in plastic before sending?). Also I went back on line just see information about billing and noticed the books are now $3.00 more per book. If we need to order more in the future, I will have to look elsewhere. These are gifts to the families we serve, we allow no more that $10 per family and sometimes there is more than one person in the family who will receive them.”

Regarding the change in price, we learned after submitting your order that the books had gone through a reprint, and the retail price increased from $16.99 to $18.99. We were happy to eat the difference and honor the price you paid, however, had to make the adjustment for future orders. “Diana is amazing! She is very responsive and helpful. The Ship time to Canada even for being non-express and the basic package takes a very long time. When other items are purchased in the states and the slowest/basic shipping is selected it would normally arrive faster. For some reason the package is delayed in Manitoba which doesn't make a whole lot of sense. This is definitely out of BulkBooks control but overall the customer service, response time, and client care are amazing!”
