“I bought from bulk books because of the price discount. The books will be given to families in the church I pastor. It was an easy process to order from bulk books.”

“The ordering process was great, there was just one hiccup. I never received a shipping email with tracking info for my first order. For my second order, I received the email almost one week after receiving my order.”

“Prices and selection are great. The staff is very helpful if you have a question. I give it four stars because BulkBooks could improve its communication, such as providing easily accessible tracking and shipping information. All in all, a very positive experience.”

“Diana is amazing! She is very responsive and helpful. The Ship time to Canada even for being non-express and the basic package takes a very long time. When other items are purchased in the states and the slowest/basic shipping is selected it would normally arrive faster. For some reason the package is delayed in Manitoba which doesn't make a whole lot of sense. This is definitely out of BulkBooks control but overall the customer service, response time, and client care are amazing!”

“Your service was exceptional and your CSR was very knowledge able. My only issue was that I ordered the How to Win Friends & Influence People Book, and when I received it they were smaller than the palm of my hand. While I do no see that the size was on the website, it would be helpful if there was a description around the fact that it is a miniature version/summary of the full book.”

“This was my second order from BulkBooks. I love the price and the quick shipping. Unfortunately the delivery box was crushed a bit damaging a couple of the books packed on top. Not terrible damage but enough to make selling them as new problematic.”

“I am really grateful for BulkBooks. The prices are unbeatable, and the customer service was excellent. In the large order that I placed, unfortunately one box of books was lost within the UPS system. I ordered over a month in advance so that this would be avoided, but this was to no avail. When I reached out to BulkBooks, they responded quickly and kindly and made the order right. I am very appreciative of this. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is that tracking information was not provided for my purchase until I explicitly asked for it via Customer Service. This made waiting for the lost package extra stressful, but eventually they sent the information my way.”

“Great value, great customer service and great overall experience. My books actually shipped and arrived faster than expected. (A few copies had bent corners/torn shrinkwrapping, but this was not the fault of BulkBooks.)”
