“I have not received my order yet, the update is showing the label was created 2 days ago, but it has not been delivered for shipping yet. That concerns me, I am hoping to update the review with 5 stars.”

“the customer service team was really helpful. Wendee Lapating helped me get the order completed when the site didn't seem to be working properly. she also verified that the package would be able to arrive in time prior to placing the order which was really important. and bonus! the package came earlier than expected.”

“Easy to order, and pay online. Also received several e-mail notifications about the progress of my order and received it 1 day in advance of the estimate. I think the only confusing thing I hit on was the "Tax Exempt" issue while checking out. My company is not tax exempt and the quote did not include tax. Nor did the final receipt. Now what do I do?”

Hi Danielle, Thank you for the great review. I apologize for not having an international delivery option just yet, though I'm glad we were able to make it work for you! We currently offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders, so until we set up various pricing options for shipping (Overnight, 2Day, International), those all get processed through one of our reps.
