“BulkBooks has many titles to choose from. I picked one and was quickly told the title had been reprinted into a new format and that the old one was no longer available. Bulkbooks offered this new printing at the same price, no hassle. I got my books a week later. Easy.”

“I placed an order for 60 books over five weeks ago. I received a single book two weeks later. Clarence from customer service won’t return my calls or emails for an updated ETA. He even told me he’d give me an ETA by end of day Thursday and never followed through. Bulk Books has put my nonprofit in a very difficult position and I am extremely disappointed. I would never order from Bulk Books again.”

“Buying through Bulkbooks was easy. I did not have to fill out any long forms. I found the book I wanted at a better price then Amazon or the local book stores. The shipment was delivered well within the days promised even though it was the holidays.”
