“I placed an order for 60 books over five weeks ago. I received a single book two weeks later. Clarence from customer service won’t return my calls or emails for an updated ETA. He even told me he’d give me an ETA by end of day Thursday and never followed through. Bulk Books has put my nonprofit in a very difficult position and I am extremely disappointed. I would never order from Bulk Books again.”

“We had another great experience with BulkBooks! Whenever something is out of stock I receive an email within a day telling me the expected delay and/or different options for my purchase. The customer service is fantastic each time!”

“Buying through Bulkbooks was easy. I did not have to fill out any long forms. I found the book I wanted at a better price then Amazon or the local book stores. The shipment was delivered well within the days promised even though it was the holidays.”
