Pro-level Customer Service
I went to order a title that was, unfortunately, no longer available. The customere service team promptly reached out to apologize for the confusion and updated their website. Another title in my order had only 96 of the 100 items requested. Again they contacted me and we were able to work out an alternate deadline to receive the last few books.
