Easy to order, and pay online. Also received several e-mail notifications about the progress of my order and received it 1 day in advance of the estimate. I think the only confusing thing I hit on was the "Tax Exempt" issue while checking out. My company is not tax exempt and the quote did not include tax. Nor did the final receipt. Now what do I do?
