They did an awesome job with my order. I wanted hardback versions of my books, and they emailed me to notify me that the version i had ordered was in fact a board book, not a hardback. I was able to fix my order and request hardback versions instead. They didn't even charge me for the extra cost associated with the hardback versions vs. board books. I would recommend this site to others without hesitation!
