This was my first time ordering from Bulk as I usually use MyProtein, and it will almost certainly be my last. I mistakenly entered the wrong discount code during checkout and immediately contacted customer service to request that the correct code be applied. The correct code would have given me a total discount of £11.99, and I only asked for the difference between the discount I received and the correct discount to be refunded.
Instead of offering a reasonable solution, their responses were dismissive and completely unhelpful. I was told to refuse the order and place a new one, which would not only waste money and time but also increase the environmental impact with unnecessary deliveries.
The refusal to process a simple partial refund demonstrates a lack of care for customer satisfaction and basic problem-solving. Their rigid and unreasonable policies make it clear they do not value new customers.
I had high hopes for Bulk, but this experience has completely put me off. If you’re looking for better service, stick to MyProtein or another provider who actually values their customers.
